Get quick answers to the most common questions about booking, staying, and managing your accommodation with Sam Venture.

The simplest way to secure one of our professional accommodations is to get in touch with our team directly. After understanding your specific requirements, we'll provide a detailed proposal via email. If the proposal meets your needs (including a property visit if desired), we can proceed with your reservation once you've reviewed and signed the rental agreement, which will be sent electronically.

We offer flexible rental options for both short and extended stays. Our minimum rental period is 1 week, with accommodations available for up to a year or longer on renewal, subject to availability. In exceptional circumstances, we may accommodate shorter stays to optimize our booking schedule between rental periods.

Standard check-in time is from 4:00 PM onwards on your arrival date, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM on your departure date. Since we use smart lock technology, there's no physical reception desk, allowing you the flexibility to arrive at your convenience. We simply ask that you install the access app before arrival and maintain quiet hours to respect neighboring residents.

Yes, our pricing is comprehensive and transparent. Unless specifically noted otherwise in your rental agreement, all utilities including electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi, cleaning supplies, and laundry facilities are included. You won't encounter any surprise charges or additional fees.

We provide flexible rental arrangements to meet diverse needs. We can rent entire properties to companies or organizations, as well as individual rooms within shared accommodations, depending on your specific requirements and availability.

Our accommodations are designed for independent living rather than hotel-style services. We don't provide daily housekeeping, meal service, or reception services. However, all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment are provided for self-maintenance. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, and dishwasher for your convenience.

Absolutely. We supply each guest with a complete set of high-quality bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen textiles. You don't need to bring any linens with you.

Unfortunately, we maintain a strict no-pets policy across all our properties to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and to maintain our high cleanliness standards.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all our accommodations for the health and safety of all guests. If outdoor space is available (such as a terrace), smoking may be permitted there, provided that cigarette disposal is handled responsibly and cleanly.

We use innovative smartphone-based access technology, eliminating the need for physical keys. Simply download a secure mobile app once, and before your stay begins, you'll receive an access code via SMS or email. Enter this code into the app, and from that point forward, your smartphone becomes your key. Detailed setup instructions are provided with your rental agreement.
